Overview
Villa Destino is a high quality, newly refurbished four bedroom villa situated on the Village development, close to the luxury resort of Vale do Lobo. With a lovely 12 metre long swimming pool and generous exterior terraces this property is perfect for your relaxing family villa holiday. Wi-fi internet and air conditioning in the bedrooms is included in the rental rate.
Living Areas
A key feature of the villa is the spacious open plan living area, dining area and kitchen. A wall mounted flat screen smart TV is positioned above the fireplace and is complete with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports. Also please bring your own log-in codes for Netflix etc
The contemporary design kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including an ice maker, fridge freezer, microwave, induction hob, oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker. Separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is on the ground floor and this is a double room with a/c and an en suite bathroom with shower. (The photo of this room shows additional single beds but the occupancy of the room is for 2 persons). Bedrooms two, three and four are on the first floor. Bedroom two is a double room with a/c and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom three is a double room with a/c and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower unit. Bedroom four has twin beds, a/c and an en suite bathroom.
Outside Space
Villa Destino has a lovely private swimming pool, measuring approximately 12 metres x 4 metres with steps entry. The poolside terrace is furnished with sun loungers and the exterior dining table and chairs, which will be the scene of many al-fresco meals freshly cooked on the charcoal BBQ. The BBQ has a food prep area and a handy drinks fridge. Off road parking is available on the villa forecourt.

Villa Destino is located in The Village, which is an estate situated close renowned local restaurants within walking distance and also within close driving distance of the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo. There is plenty to do in Vale de Lobo - in addition to the 2 championship golf courses and the tennis centre, you will discover a breath taking coastline with beautiful beaches and the lively Praca area, where there is a good selection of bars and fine restaurants for you to enjoy.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
