This premium quality property is perfect for your family holiday and features a refurbished heated pool, significant & refurbished pool terrace, two games rooms complete with table tennis, pool table, darts & table football, and beautiful far-reaching views from the recently refurbished terraces. With High-speed (120mbs) fibre Wi-fi internet connection, Sonos sound system throughout, an underfloor heating/cooling system and split unit air conditioning included in the rental rate. The property boasts electric security shutters, a monitored alarm and mosquito nets throughout.

Living Areas

Open plan living /dining room with 3 x split a/c units: plenty of comfy and stylish seating and beautiful views of the Algarve countryside through the full-length windows. There is a separate seating area with a flat screen TV showing all Sky channels including Sports, and there is a further IPTV box showing UK free-view channels. A games console is also included. Double patio doors open from both the dining area and the TV area onto the terrace overlooking the pool. The dining area has table and chairs with seating for 8 persons.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including an integrated microwave; AEG electric double oven, four induction hobs with separate grill plate; extractor; dishwasher; kettle; toaster; coffee makers; American style fridge freezer with ice dispenser and additional drinks fridge.

On the lower level of the villa sits a classy TV lounge with 64'' flat screen TV, DVD player, sound bar and Mag box with complete range of UK and satellite channels. There are two splendid games rooms complete with a pool table, darts board, table football table and table tennis table; the utility room houses a washing machine, iron & ironing board; the poolside bathroom has a WC, sink and shower unit and the basement also houses a stainless steel drinks counter and drinks fridge, directly accessible to the poolside terrace, inviting you to enjoy a cool glass of something whilst relaxing around the pool.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All the spacious and luxurious bedrooms in Casa Belle are en-suite and feature high quality decor, ample wardrobe space, beautiful soft furnishings, and split unit air conditioning.

Bedrooms one & two are situated on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom one is the master suite, a sizeable luxurious double bedroom with Emperor size bed, patio doors to the upper terraces, a separate dressing area and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and double vanities.

Bedroom two can be either a SuperKing bed or 2 x twin beds, (zip linked mattresses, twins can be prepared upon prior request), patio doors leading to a small private terrace with a table and chairs to appreciate the expansive Algarvian views and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower unit and single vanity.

Bedrooms three & four are situated on the ground floor of the property. Bedroom three is a luxurious double bedroom (Super King size bed) with direct access to the upper terraces overlooking the pool, the ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over and a single vanity. Bedroom four is a standard double bedroom with an en suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and single vanity.

Outside Space

Electric entrance gates open to the villa forecourt, where there is ample space for three or four vehicles to park. To the rear of the property, the BBQ and outdoor dining area is on the same level as the upper terrace. Here there is a dining table with seating for 10 and a choice of a gas BBQ or charcoal BBQ. From the upper terrace, steps lead down to the pool area.

The refurbished swimming pool measures approximately 10 x 5 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplementary charge. There is a manual pool cover, which must be used overnight when pool heating is on to help retain the heat, and an outdoor shower. The poolside terraces are furnished with 10 sun loungers, external sofa set, egg chairs and multiple parasols. From the side of the pool terrace a driveway leads down to the rear gate which provides access to the nearby Fonte Algarve estate.

Location

Casa Belle is located within close driving distance of the prestigious golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. The lively Vale do Lobo Praca and some of the Algarve's most beautiful beaches are just a few minutes away and there are a wide range of excellent restaurants in the local area.

In terms of driving distances from the front gate, Vale Do Lobo is less than 3 minutes by car, Quinta Do Lago, Almancil, and Quarteira are approx. 5 mins drive, Vilamoura is about 15 minutes and the Aquashow waterpark is only 5 mins drive away too. Everything you need for your holiday really is on your doorstep at Casa Belle!

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and towel change; and a weekly full clean, towel and bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.

There is a wooden cot, travel cot and a highchair available at the property free of charge upon prior request.
