Brand new to the Sun-hat luxury villa portfolio for summer 2025 we are proud to present Villa Lara in Vale do Lobo, a three bedroom, three bathroom villa with private pool that has been refurbished to a premium standard, creating a beautiful and stylish property. The villa is available to rent throughout the year, and has a pool heating facility should you require it. The villa is air conditioned throughout and has Lazer broadband wi-fi internet, both included in the rental rates. Villa Lara in Vale do Lobo comes highly recommended by the Sun-hat team!

Living Areas

Spacious and open plan living area, complete with air conditioning; a wall mounted 65'' flat screen Smart TV with a wide range of cable channels available including the English language channels BBC, ITV and Sky Sports; a stylish log burning fireplace which is available for winter rentals; a dining table with seating for 6 persons and open serving hatch to the kitchen; dimmer lighting and double patio doors leading directly to the poolside terrace.

The kitchen is contemporary in design and is fully equipped with appliances including a microwave; oven; toaster; induction hobs; extractor; dishwasher; fridge freezer; coffee machine (Delta capsules required); kettle and additional drinks fridge. There is a washing machine in the exterior utility cupboard, next to the drying area which is accessed directly from the kitchen. Inside the kitchen there is a second utility cupboard with an iron and ironing board. Breakfast bar with two stools which doubles up as a serving area from the kitchen to the main living room dining area.

On the ground floor of the villa there is also a guest cloakroom with an area for hanging coats.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one is a twin bedroom with air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with shower unit. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with air conditioning; double wardrobes with safe; door leading directly to the pool area with safety glass protecting the entry to the pool. This bedroom utilises the adjacent main ground floor bathroom complete with bath, separate shower unit and heated towel rail.

Bedroom three is the master suite, situated on the first floor of Villa Lara. This lovely spacious suite features air conditioning; a 2 metres x 2 metres Emperor double bed; an en suite bathroom with bath, shower unit and heated towel rail and double patio doors leading to the superb first floor terrace, a generously sized private space furnished with a table and four chairs and two sunloungers.

Outside Space

The extensive poolside terrace is furnished with four sunloungers (and there are another two on the first floor terrace) and the shaded exterior dining table with seating for six persons. The private pool measures approximately 7.5 metres x 4 metres and it can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. For al-fresco dining there is a charcoal BBQ.

Location

Villa Lara is centrally located in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, within walking distance of the tennis academy and also the famous Praca, where you will find a wide range of restaurants and bars plus evening entertainment during the summer months. Steps from the Praca lead down to the Vale do Lobo beach, which is without doubt one of the most beautiful beaches you will find on the Algarve coastline. Alternatively, a slightly longer stroll from Villa Lara will take you Dunas Douradas beach, another lovely spot where the renowned Marias beach restaurant is located. For golf enthusiasts, Vale do Lobo boasts two excellent championship golf courses, the Royal and the Ocean courses. And for convenience on your well deserved holiday, Villa Lara is located just a 20 minute drive from Faro airport.

Rates include a midweek light clean and bathroom towel change; and a weekly full changeover clean, bathroom towel change and bed linen change. Pool towels, a safe and hairdryers are provided for your convenience.
