Overview

Welcome to Villa Rebecca, a completely renovated two bedroom bougainvillea style property with its own private plunge pool. This charming villa is centrally located in this prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, close to the Vale tennis academy and within walking distance of the beautiful Dunas Douradas beach. The villa has been lovingly furnished throughout by the owner. Air conditioning, mosquito nets on all the windows, electric shutters throughout and Wi-fi internet are included in the rental rates.

PLEASE NOTE that the photos for Villa Rebecca were taken in the winter, when the sun is lower in the sky and therefore there is some shading on the terrace and pool. During the summer months there is plenty of sun on the pool and terrace. We will take new photos in due course.

Living Areas

The spacious air conditioned lounge, dining area and kitchen are of an open plan design. The living area is stylishly furnished with comfy sofa seating and a chair, a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of English language channels including the popular channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, TNT Sports, (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon prime etc) and a dining table with seating for four people. From the lounge, stairs lead up to a mezzanine level with split unit air conditioning and a sofa bed (available for one older child up to the age of 16yrs, upon prior request and confirmation from the owner). Patio doors open directly onto the poolside terrace from the living room. There is also a guest cloakroom as you enter the property.

The contemporary style kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with appliances including a cafetiere; toaster; kettle; four electric hobs; extractor; juicer; microwave; electric oven & grill; dishwasher; washing machine; sandwich maker and fridge freezer. Doors from the kitchen lead to a small terrace and clothes drying area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is the master double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite full bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower, double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open directly onto the poolside terrace. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room.

Outside Space

The poolside terrace is a beautiful private area with an outside shower, and for the sunbathers in the group there are three reclining chairs and four sun loungers. The kidney shaped pool measures approximately 7 metres x 3 metres and has a ladder for easy entry. Next to the pool is the covered exterior dining area with a table and seating for six people, this is the perfect spot for enjoying al-fresco meals freshly cooked on the electric grill plate. (Please note this is the replacement for a more conventional BBQ).

Location

Situated near to the tennis academy in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo which boasts two of the Algarve's finest championship golf courses, the Royal and the Ocean courses; the tennis centre and the famous Praca, which has a wide range of bars, restaurants and eateries and family entertainment during the summer months. The renowned Vale do Lobo tennis centre features a communal pool, café, restaurant and of course the tennis academy. The beaches at Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas are two of the most beautiful and high quality beaches that the Algarve coastline has to offer.

Other Items

Rates include a mid week maid cleaning service with a bathroom towel change and a weekly bathroom towel & bed linen change. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe operated with a key are provided for your convenience.
