Access to the apartment is through an entrance lobby; from the main hallway. The main living area is situated a few steps up from the hallway; this spacious open-plan lounge/dining area has a flat screen TV with cable channels, CD player, DVD player radio, bookcase and fireplace. Air conditioning.

The newly-renovated kitchen with granite worktops is fitted with modern appliances and a dishwasher and washing machine. The property has a Nespresso coffee pod machine.and a filter coffee machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The first twin bedroom is served by an adjacent shower room. The shower has a fold down seat, for guests with mobility difficulties.

The second twin bedroom leads off of the main living area and benefits from an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open from the bedroom to the wrap around terrace.

The apartment has air conditioning available in all of the bedrooms & living area (weekly supplement applies).

Outside Space

Patio doors open from the living space onto a wrap around terrace, which provides ample space for eating outside, cooking on the gas barbeque or sunbathing beside the private kidney shaped plunge pool.
