We are very proud to exclusively represent Villa Hadama, a beautiful five bedroom, five en suite bathroom luxury villa with private heated pool, centrally situated on the prestigious Varandas do Lago development between the renowned golf resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. With wi-fi internet and air conditioning throughout, included in the rental rates. All the bathrooms in Villa Hadama have been completely refurbished to a high standard.

Please note that the exterior terraces of Villa Hadama have been completely retiled using top of the range grey tiles to replace the previous terracotta tiling- and it looks great.

Living Areas

The contemporary design and high quality kitchen is fully equipped, with plenty of Bosch appliances including the fridge freezer; microwave; oven; toaster; kettle; dishwasher; washing machine; 4 electric hobs; extractor; juicer; Nespresso coffee maker and a Vitamix, perfect for making smoothies. There is also a condenser tumble dryer in the garage area available for clients use.

The main living area is spacious and of an open plan design. The superb 75'' wall mounted flat screen TV with sound bar has a wide range of cable channels for your entertainment, including English language channels such as BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports; or you can watch your favourite films on the Blu-ray DVD Player. The owners have a selection of DVDs and board games available for you to play at the villa. The living room is furnished with a lovely big sofa; and table with seating for 8 persons. 4 sets of patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace.

The lower level of the villa is packed with entertainment treats for the whole family. A brand new table tennis table; football table; a brand new pool table; air hockey and a cross trainer exercise machine. The owner has kindly provided a full set of golf clubs that are available for Sun-hat clients to use, plus a good selection of inflatable for the beach.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All bedrooms in Villa Hadama have split unit air conditioning. Bedrooms one, two and three are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has an emperor size double bed (2.00m x 2.00m) and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower unit.

Bedroom two has twin beds, an en suite bathroom and an additional sofa bed which will sleep an extra child under the age of 12 years upon prior arrangement with the villa owner.

Bedroom three has a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower unit. There is also an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor of the property.

Bedrooms four and five are on the first floor of Villa Hadama. Bedroom four has twin beds, doors to the terrace and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower unit.

Bedroom five is the master suite, complete with a fabulous emperor size double bed, measuring 2.0 metres x 2.0 metres. Doors lead to the private furnished terrace and a Nespresso coffee making facility is available. The en suite bathroom is fully refurbished (like all of the other bathrooms) and features a large walk-in shower unit; double vanities and a heated towel rail.

Outside Space

Doors from the kitchen lead directly to the exterior dining area with dining table, seating for 10 persons, the brand new 3 burner Napoleon gas BBQ and the additional brick built charcoal BBQ. The exterior dining area overlooks the lower level lawn garden of Villa Hadama.There is a Ooni electric Pizza Oven and trolley for your use..

The swimming pool and terrace is south facing and at the front of the villa. The pool measures 9 metres x 4 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge ( available Apr - Oct). An electric polycarbonate pool cover is available to help retain the heat of the pool at night. The shallow end of the pool is 1.50 metres in depth and the deep end is 2.20 metres. There is a separate circular shallow pool which is good for children and this pool is 0.80 metres in depth and measures 2.40 metres x 2.60 metres approximately.

The poolside terrace is furnished with 14 sun loungers plus lots of additional comfy seating on the 2 outdoor sofas. There are speakers for the Denon sound system so you can listen to your favourite sounds whilst relaxing on the terrace in the sun.

Location

Villa Hadama is centrally located between the luxury resorts of Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago in the Varandas do Lago development, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful beach at Praia do Ancao. All major facilities such as restaurants, bars and the Quinta shopping centre are just a short drive away.

Other Items

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover cleaning service with bed linen and bathroom towel change. Hairdryers, pool towels and a safe are provided for your convenience.

There are two wooden cots; a travel cot/ baby changer and two highchairs available to hire at Villa Hadama.

There is a double child's buggy (used) at the villa for clients use at the villa and offered free of charge.

For a small supplement there is robust ( nearly new) Joie children's car seat( 3 months upwards) and a light convential car seat ( used) 2 + years.
