Overview

Villa Martha is a superb three bedroom, two bathroom linked property with a private pool. Located directly opposite the tennis centre in the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo. The property has been refurbished to a high standard and comes with Fibre optic Wi-Fi internet connection & air conditioning throughout, included in the rates.

Living Areas

The modern and refurbished kitchen is well equipped with appliances including a fridge freezer, Smeg kettle & toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee percolator & a cafeteria, four electric hobs, extractor, electric oven & grill and a microwave. The dining area is complete with a table and seating for six people.

Three steps lead up to the comfortable living room with ample comfy sofa seating, split unit air conditioning, a flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports and a DVD player. Patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is on the ground floor, this is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is a twin room with split unit air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes and a patio door to a small balcony with a table and chair and views over the communal gardens. Bedrooms two and three share the adjacent shower room.

Outside Space

The exterior terrace has a private kidney shaped pool measuring approx. 6m x 3m with ladder entry and is furnished with a double daybed, a charcoal BBQ, comfy sofa and chair seating and two sun loungers. There is also a South facing terrace with patio furniture next to the entrance to the property with views looking over to the tennis centre. The roof terrace is furnished with a high table and seating for four people and comfy sofa and chair seating with a parasol for a little shade. This terrace is a lovely sun trap- perfect for relaxing and topping up the tan!

Location

Villa Martha enjoys a central location in the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo, and the tennis centre is just over the road where you will find a choice of eateries and special deals on tennis packages for Sun-hat clients. There are two excellent golf courses in the resort, the Ocean and Royal courses. The Praca has a wide range of bars, cafes and eateries to choose from and also family entertainment during the summer months. Further entertainment treats in the resort include the family mini-golf centre. Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas also have two of the most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve.
