Overview

Villa Mia is a lovely three bedroom, two bathroom linked villa located close to the tennis academy in the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo, pool heating is included in the rates for the peak summer period (and is available at a weekly supplemental charge in spring and autumn). The villa also features a new very quiet air conditioning cooling/heating system throughout and high speed Wi-Fi internet connection, included in the rates. The property backs onto a beautiful open area of lawns and a large pond, and there is a children's play area 100 yards away.

Living Areas

High quality kitchen, fully equipped with a fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, washing machine/ dryer, dishwasher, 4 x gas hobs, oven, extractor and integrated microwave. Dining area with table and chairs for 6 persons.

The air conditioned living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and is equipped with a flat screen TV with access to many international TV channels, including a wide range of English language channels (BBC, ITV, Sky Movies, Sky Sports, etc), as well as many other European channels; and a DVD player. Wi-Fi and fibre broadband provides high speed internet access for all in the villa to use without charge for streaming, social media, online calls etc. Patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is on the ground floor of the property and has twin beds, its own en suite bathroom, air conditioning and patio doors overlooking the pool and gardens

Bedrooms two and three are on the first floor of the villa and these bedrooms share the use of the family bathroom with double vanities. Bedroom two has a double bed, air conditioning and double wardrobes with a safe.

Bedroom three has twin beds, air conditioning, and doors to a small private veranda overlooking the patio, communal gardens and pond.

Please note- Bedrooms one and three can be prepared as doubles upon prior request.

Outside Space

The main rear terrace features the private swimming pool, which is kidney bean shaped, has ladder entry and measures approximately 6 x 3 metres. The deep end of this plunge pool is 2.00 metres in depth and the shallow end is 1.40 metres, pool heating is included in the rates for the peak summer period (and is available at a weekly supplemental charge in spring and autumn).

The poolside terrace is furnished with 6 sun loungers and the exterior dining table and chairs will be the scene of many al-fresco meals cooked on the gas BBQ grill. Villa Mia has a larger terrace than the other houses in the row because it is the end townhouse of four properties.

On the entrance side of the property is the front terrace and a first floor veranda which overlooks the tennis centre. There is also a roof terrace suitable for year around private sunbathing and al-fresco dining.

Location

Villa Mia enjoys a central location in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, with the tennis centre close by. There are two excellent golf courses in the resort, the Ocean and Royal courses and over ten other excellent courses nearby in Vilamoura and Quinta do Lago. For nightlife and dining out the lively Praca has a selection of bars and restaurants. Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas also have two of the most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve. Villa Mia is also just 20 minutes drive from Faro airport. The wonderful Ria Formosa nature reserve starts near Vale do Lobo and stretches 50km along the coast, with walks, cycling paths and boat trips to islands and bird reserves.

Rates include a midweek and weekly maid cleaning service. Bathroom towels are changed midweek and weekly and linen is changed weekly. Hairdryers, a safe and pool towels are provided for your convenience.

During the summer months the pool and patio are fully in the sun.
