Sun-hat would like to welcome you to Townhouse Augusta, a beautifully renovated three-bedroom semi-detached villa with a private swimming pool. Ideally situated on a desirable corner plot in the prestigious Vale do Lobo golf resort, this property boasts a prime location directly opposite the tennis courts, making it perfect for tennis enthusiasts and families alike.

Living Areas

The kitchen is modern, air conditioned and well equipped with appliances including a double fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, integrated microwave & electric oven, four electric hobs, an extractor, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, and a combined washing machine & tumble dryer.

The air conditioned lounge and dining area are of an open plan design and furnished with comfortable sofa seating, a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including English language channels BBC, ITV and TNT Sports & Sky Sports (please bring your own log in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) and a dining table with seating for six people. Patio doors lead to the outside dining area and pool. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double bed with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to pool terrace.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities. Patio doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the pool and tennis courts. Bedroom three is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and use of the adjacent shower room. Patio doors onto a private balcony overlooking the pool and tennis courts.

Outside Space

The south-facing pool deck is the perfect outdoor retreat, offering a mix of relaxation and functionality. A spacious covered area features a table and seating for up to eight guests, making it ideal for al fresco dining or evening gatherings. The pool measures approximately 6m x 3.5m and has steps for easy entry, surrounded by a sunbathing deck furnished with six comfortable sun loungers. For those who prefer a bit of shade, a parasol is available. Additionally, there’s an outdoor shower to rinse off before or after a refreshing swim. For the chefs in the group, the deck includes a well-equipped cooking area featuring a gas BBQ, a handy work counter, and a sink—perfect for preparing delicious meals while enjoying the outdoors. Unwind on the inviting outdoor sofas and chairs with a favourite book, or simply soak up the tranquil atmosphere.

Location

Townhouse Augusta enjoys a central location in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, with the tennis centre opposite the property and there is also a children's play area approx.100 yards away. There are two excellent golf courses in the resort, the Ocean and Royal and over ten other excellent courses nearby in Vilamoura and Quinta do Lago. For nightlife and dining out the lively Praca has a selection of bars and restaurants. Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas also have two of the most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve.

The wonderful Ria Formosa nature reserve starts near Vale do Lobo and stretches 50km along the coast, with walks, cycling paths and boat trips to islands and bird reserves. Townhouse Augusta is also just 20 minutes drive from Faro airport.

Rates include a maid cleaning service three times per week (Mon, Wed, & Fri), bathroom towel change mid-week and a weekly bed linen & bathroom towel change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.
