Villa Seskia is an amazing four bedroom villa situated just 200 metres from the golden Garrão beach. Spanning over four levels, this property has a lot to offer besides its excellent beachside location. With Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning throughout.
Living Areas
The first floor holds the living / dining room with a wall mounted flat screen TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports. Sonos sound system. Also on this level is the fully fitted and equipped kitchen, the guest cloakroom and an extensive south facing terrace with lounging area and BBQ/dining area.
The kitchen appliances include a microwave, grill, oven, electric hobs, extractor, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher. Outside of the kitchen on the terrace you will find the integrated gas BBQ.
The basement comprises an office, games room with pool table & table tennis table, utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron & ironing board, cloak room and TV room.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The ground floor is comprised of the four bedrooms; all of which have en-suite bathrooms / shower rooms & open out to the pool deck. The master suite has a double bed with an en suite bathroom with spa bath and separate shower unit. There are two twin bedrooms with en suite shower rooms and bedroom four has a double bed and an en suite shower room.
Outside Space
The landscaped gardens surround the property and there are extra shaded areas for the hotter summer days around the pool which measures approximately 15 x 5 metres with a shallow 'wading' section measuring 5 x 2.5 metres.
The top level boasts another open lounge area, whilst taking in the spectacular panoramic ocean views.

The beautiful beach, bars & restaurants are just under a minute’s walk away- an amazing location!

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
