The modern design kitchen is fully equipped, with appliances including a wine chiller, LG fridge freezer with ice maker, integrated Miele coffee maker, oven, microwave and grill, juicer, dishwasher, kettle & toaster and ceramic hobs with extractor. Breakfast bar with 2 stools. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the separate utility cupboard.
The open plan living/dining room is spacious and complete with a dining table and 6 chairs; split unit a/c; comfy seating area, electric fireplace and a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports. The TV also benefits from Chrome cast so that all the usual apps are installed - Netflix, Apple TV, You Tube, Amazon Prime Video etc. A Bluetooth wireless speaker is also available. Double patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace, protected by electric shutters.
Bedroom one is the master double suite with super king sized double bed, split unit a/c, wall mounted flat screen TV with the English language cable TV channels, direct access to the pool terrace and an en suite bathroom with bath and large walk-in shower unit and towel heater. There is a sea view from this master suite.
Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with split unit a/c, wall mounted TV with the English language cable channels, a separate dressing area with fitted wardrobes and safe, and an en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower unit. There is a pull down bed in the dressing area which is suitable for one extra child aged up to 12 years- upon prior confirmation from the owners and an extra bed supplement is payable.
There is also an additional guest cloakroom by the villa entrance.
Shaded terrace with comfy seating and exterior dining table and chairs. The poolside terrace is furnished with 4 sun loungers and the kidney bean shaped plunge pool measures approximately 6 x 3 metres, with the deep end 2.00 metres in depth and the shallow end 1.50 metres in depth. Ladder entry. Pool heating is available for a weekly supplement. A solar pool cover has been added which raises the water temperature by up to 5C making the pool comfortable to use in the late Spring and early Autumn. A gate gives direct access to the well kept surrounding communal lawn garden areas.
Please note the terrace has recently been upgraded- there is a new comfy corner seating unit at the front of the terrace, along with a low level table which rises to double as a dining table at a comfortable height and there is a new Weber gas BBQ available to use - the seating benefits from the natural shading afforded by the perimeter wall whilst the two new high quality loungers (4 loungers in total plus two deck chairs) can be positioned in the sunny areas of the terrace besdie the pool. A glass wall has been added to the side exterior wall beyond the pool, this significantly raises the privacy levels without impacting the sea views. The master bedroom also benefits from sea views.
The private courtyard at the front of the property is a nice area for a morning coffee as it benefits from the early morning sunshine, it is also a practical space for drying towels/ swimsuits and/or for storing golf clubs/ trolleys etc.as it is lockable.
Near to the entrance of Villa Summerseat there is plenty of parking spaces and the property enjoys picturesque communal gardens and lawns in its surroundings.

Please note that this property is under new ownership, and the current interior photos will be updated in due course. The interior furniture will remain largely unchanged but some of the interior decor and fittings will be refreshed - to the same high standard. Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
