Villa Zara is a recently renovated semi-detached 3 bedroom Mimosa Villa with breathtaking front-line views over the 15th green of the Vale do Lobo Royal course to the sea.

Included in the rental rate is Wi-fi Internet connection and the central air conditioning system with individual room controls

Living Areas

The large and spacious open plan living/dining room & kitchen features a log-burning fireplace; a flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including some English language channels- BBC, ITV and Sky Sports, a DVD player & ample comfy sofa seating. The villa has a Sonos sound system- so you can download the Sonos app and then play your favourite sounds from your smart device through the Sonos speakers. Double patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace. The dining area has a table and seating for 8 people.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including four Miele induction hobs, electric oven and grill, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dryer, kettle, American fridge freezer, dishwasher, juicer, and a hand blender. The kitchen back door opens onto a small courtyard used for drying your clothes.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. There is an additional guest cloakroom on the this level which houses the safe.

The Master suite is on the first floor of the villa and is complete with a double bed (twins made as double), fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with double vanities and a walk in shower. Patio doors open onto the private first floor terrace with amazing golf and sea views.

Outside of the master bedroom is a single bed.

Outside Space

The kidney bean shaped private plunge pool measures approximately 6m x 3m, there is a gas BBQ for cooking your al frescos meals, a food preparation area with a sink, sunbeds to soak up the glorious Algarve sunshine, two electric awnings for shade and an dining table with seating for eight people. Amazing views of the surrounding golf course and the ocean. There is a gate which opens onto the golf course.
