Living Areas

The lounge and dining area are of an open plan design, the lounge is comfortably furnished with two x two seater sofas, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the popular English channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), split unit air conditioning, a feature fireplace and a spiral staircase that leads to a mezzanine level and the plus one bedroom no. three. The dining area is complete with a table and seating for six people. Large patio doors open directly onto the exterior, partially covered dining terrace and the jacuzzi.

The modern kitchen is well equipped with appliances including an integrated electric oven, four electric hobs, an extractor, Nespresso coffee machine, Smeg toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine, dishwasher, juicer, hand blender, a fridge and a separate freezer. Patio doors leads to the front facing terrace. The washing machine and dryer can be found in the utility cupboard outside. There is also a guest cloakroom near the entrance.
