Villa Talis is a smart and contemporary four bedroom villa with private pool centrally situated in the classy golfing resort of Vale do Lobo. With four en suite bedrooms this impressive property features wi-fi internet and air conditioning throughout and a superb roof terrace with far reaching coastal and ocean views.
Living Areas
Open plan air conditioned living/dining room and kitchen with breakfast bar; 5 x gas hobs; coffee maker; wine chiller; fridge freezer; oven; microwave; kettle; toaster and dishwasher. Separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The living room is complete with a flat screen TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports; DVD player and Sonos sound system. Patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
All bedrooms in Villa Talis have split unit air conditioning and double beds. Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa and have wall mounted TVs, patio doors to the side terrace and en suite bathrooms with shower unit.
Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three has a wall mounted TV, patio doors to the first floor terrace and an en suite with a large walk-in shower unit. Bedroom four is the master suite with wall mounted TV, patio doors to the first floor terrace and an en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower unit. The first floor terrace is furnished with a Balinese style bed and steps lead directly down to the poolside terrace.
Outside Space
Off-road parking on the villa driveway, protected by the electric entry gates. The private swimming pool measures 8 x 4 metres with steps entry. Next to the pool is the shaded terrace area, with comfy seating and a dining table and chairs- to enjoy meals freshly cooked on the gas BBQ.
The roof terrace is an impressive space with comfy seating, drinks chillers and bar stools - perfect for enjoying sun downers whilst enjoying the stunning coastal views.
Location
Centrally located in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, where the renowned Royal and Ocean courses are situated and also the famous Praca where you will find a wide range of restaurants and family entertainment during the summer months. Some of the Algarve's most beautiful beaches are also situated close by.

There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Sliced bread 1 loaf, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with additional packs of cheese.
