Living Areas

Enter into the air conditioned, bright and airy lounge with comfy sofa and chair seating, a large wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide variety of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), a double sided feature fire place and large patio doors leading directly to the garden.

The air conditioned kitchen has a central island and is modern and well equipped, with appliances including four induction hobs, extractor, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

For those who prefer a more intimate setting, the air conditioned TV snug room is the perfect retreat, complete with comfy sofa seating, a wall mounted flat screen TV which offers a wide range of cable channels, including popular English language channels such as BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports; and for those who wish to indulge in their favourite streaming services, please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime and more.

On the lower level of the villa you will find an air conditioned room complete with ample comfy sofa seating, a Smart TV showing the same channels as the lounge (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). The utility room is also on this level and houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, an extra fridge, iron and ironing board. There is also a guest cloakroom/shower room.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double room with a king sized bed, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open directly onto the poolside terrace.

Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto the garden.

Bedrooms three and four are on the upper level. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities, a freestanding bath tub and a walk-in shower unit. Patio doors open onto a private balcony with comfy sofa seating.

Bedroom four is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto a private balcony with sea views and furnished with a table and chairs .

Outside Space

The poolside deck is south facing with plenty of space for lounging in the glorious Algarve sunshine on one of the eight sunbeds provided. The pool measures approx. 8m x 5m and has a ladder for entry (heating available for a weekly supplement). The covered dining area off the kitchen is furnished with a table and seating for ten people and for the budding chefs in the party the gas BBQ is the place to create all your holiday culinary delights. The garden is private and well maintained with a hedge surround, plants and shrubs.

The roof terrace boasts amazing sea views and is furnished with comfy sofa seating, this is an ideal spot for sundowners, this area includes a work counter, fridge & a sink.

Location

Great central location- the lively Praca with it's bars and restaurants, and the beautiful beaches are within walking distance or a short drive- as is the main Vale de Lobo golf club reception where you will find shops, a spa and the club house.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service Mon – Fri with a bathroom towel change during the week and a weekly changeover clean with a bathroom towels and bed linen change. Pool towels & a safe are provided for your convenience.
