Villa Giroud is an attractively furnished two bedroom townhouse in Vale do Lobo, conveniently located just a short walk away from the bars and restaurants of the Praca and the golden beach beyond.

Living Areas

A spiral staircase leads from the entrance (ground) floor to the first floor where you will find a galley-style fitted kitchen with microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher and patio doors leading out to the sunny terrace. The open-plan lounge/diner has satelite/internet TV, a DVD player, wi-fi internet and fireplace.

A utility room, which includes a washing machine and tumble dryer, is located on the ground floor.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The entrance is via a terracotta tiled hallway giving access to the two bedrooms (bed measurements made up of 2 single beds 0.90m x 1.95m and 0.90m x 1.90m) ; both bedrooms benefit from fitted wardrobes, patio doors that lead to a pretty terrace area and air-conditioning, which can be used by guests for a supplemental charge. Adjacent to each bedroom is a shower room.

Outside Space

Patio doors lead from the first floor out to the large private terrace with a sea view, which has a tiled dining table and fitted gas barbecue for ‘Al fresco’ dining.

Rates include a maid cleaning service once a week, bedroom linen changed weekly, bathroom towels changed twice a week.

Please note there is a mandatory Winter heating charge, applicable for bookings from November to March. We will take a weekly deposit to be held against the final charge upon meter reading - cost to be advised after departure.
