Overview

We are proud to exclusively represent Apartment Florence, a delightful two-bedroom first floor apartment situated on the luxurious Palmyra development, close to the well-known Vila Sol golf course and within short driving distance of the Vilamoura Marina and the beautiful Vilamoura and Quarteira local beaches. Wi-fi internet and the air conditioning are available throughout the property and are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, four gas hobs, extractor, toaster, kettle, washing machine, blender and a coffee maker.

Large open plan living & dining area with split unit air conditioning, an L-shaped comfy sofa, wall mounted flat screen Smart TV which has access to a variety of apps, such as YouTube, Netflix and Amazon (bring your own log-in details) and the TV is connected to an IPTV box that provides international channels as well as the English language channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports etc. There is a dining table with seating for four people. Patio doors open directly onto the balcony which is furnished with comfy exterior sofa seating and which overlooks one of the resort communal pools.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is the large master suite with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to the shared balcony with the lounge.

Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an adjacent family bathroom with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a Juliet balcony.

Outside Space

The upper roof terrace is a superb, spacious private area that can be accessed via a flight of stairs from the apartment’s entrance hallway and this space is furnished with a table and seating for six people, a gas BBQ, two sun loungers and a big parasol for shade.

Off the lounge and bedroom one patio doors open onto a shared balcony furnished with comfy sofa seating and which overlooks one of the resort communal pools.

Location

Apartment Florence is situated on the Palmyra resort, a luxurious gated condominium with four communal swimming pools. There are ample sun loungers and parasols on the poolside terraces. Palmyra is located next to the club house of the Vila Sol golf course (which is within close walking distance via a gate giving direct access) and alongside the golf course, Vila Sol also has a restaurant, bar and café and the development is close to other restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Browns gym is only 5 minutes drive away, which has full facilities and is often used by club and international sports teams. Daily or weekly memberships are available.

The famous marina of Vilamoura is less than a 10 minute drive away with its many shops, restaurants, bars, casino and beach club. Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with its five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course, where the Portuguese Masters is held, a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting and water-sports.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and towel change; and a weekly changeover cleaning service, bed linen change and towel change. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.
