Living Areas

The generous open plan living space is perfect to socialise and relax together with your family and friends. The lounge, complete with a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc), is stylishly and comfortably furnished with 2 sofas and is open plan to the dining area with a table and seating for eight persons. Patio doors open directly onto the terrace overlooking the garden.

The kitchen is complete with a breakfast bar and three stools and has a serving hatch open to the lounge and dining area. Fully equipped with appliances including an integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, gas oven, four gas hobs, extractor, kettle, toaster, juicer and and a Dulce Gusto coffee maker. The owners have ensured that you have everything that you could possibly need to prepare, serve and dine.

On the lower level of the property you will find the utility room which houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedroom one which is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto a Juliet balcony.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is the master suite with a super kingsize double bed, fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open directly onto a private balcony furnished with a table and chairs and which overlooks the communal gardens.

Bedroom three is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. Patio doors open onto a private balcony with a sofa and chairs.

On the lower level of the property you will find bedroom four which has a superking double bed, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room.

Outside Space

The terrace off the lounge is furnished with a round outdoor table and chairs, there is also a parasol if you want a little shade. The ideal spot should you wish to dine outside or simply unwind with a glass of wine. Steps lead to the communal gardens and one of the four communal Palmyra pools.

A standout feature of this property is its magnificent private roof terrace overlooking the beautiful gardens. This idyllic spot offers a gas BBQ for delightful al fresco dining, plush seating arrangements, and lovely views. Palmyra resort sits proud next to the Vila Sol club house (which is within close walking distance).
