Bedrooms one and two are on the ground (entrance) level of the property. Bedroom one has a double bed, split unit a/c, doors to the terrace and an en suite bathroom with shower unit, bath and double vanities. Bedroom two has a double bed, split unit a/c and an adjacent bathroom. All bedrooms in the property have blackout blinds.
Bedroom three is on the lower level of the property and is accessed via a flight of steps. This spacious room benefits from natural light and has twin beds, split unit a/c and an en suite bathroom with shower unit. From this level there is direct access to the underground parking space.
Accessed directly from the living area of the apartment is the lovely double fronted patio terrace furnished with table and chairs, 2 sun loungers and a Weber gas BBQ. The patio has lovely views of the gardens and the inviting communal pool which is just a few steps away- and there is direct access to the pool from the terrace.
This five star property is situated on the Palmyra estate, a luxurious gated condominium with four communal swimming pools. There are ample sun loungers and parasols on the poolside terraces. Palmyra is located next to the club house of the Vila Sol golf course (which is within close walking distance via a gate giving direct access) and alongside the golf course, Vila Sol also has a restaurant, bar and cafe and the development is close to other restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Browns gym is only 5 minutes drive away, which has full facilities and is often used by club and international sports teams. Daily or weekly memberships are available.
The famous marina of Vilamoura is less than a 10 minute drive away with its many shops, restaurants, bars, casino and beach club. Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with its five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course, where the Portuguese Masters is held, a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting and water-sports.
Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and towel change and a weekly changeover cleaning service, linen change and towel change. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vila Sol.

Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
