Bedrooms and bathrooms

All bedrooms on this single level, ground floor property have split unit air conditioning. Bedrooms one and two share the use of the family bathroom with shower unit. Bedroom one has a double bed and bedroom two has twin beds, and both bedrooms have double wardrobes and windows to the front aspect.

Bedroom three is the master suite, complete with double bed, patio windows to the main terrace, double wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with double vanities and bath with shower over.

Outside Space

The property has a superb spacious terrace which offers both the opportunity of catching the glorious Algarve sunshine whilst also having a generous shaded area. Al-fresco meals can be cooked on the gas BBQ and enjoyed on the dining table with seating for 6 persons. The terrace is furnished with a comfy seating area and two sun loungers.

There are extensive lawn garden areas all around the property, which is part of a fully gated complex, perfect and secure for those families with children: and one of Vila Sol’s lovely communal pool areas with sun loungers is situated directly and conveniently across from the apartment terrace – enhancing the superb location of this lovely property. There are two more large communal pools, 2 children’s pools and a jacuzzi on the resort, and also an excellent pool bar serving refreshing drinks and food with seasonal opening times during the summer months. You really are very well catered for when staying in this property.

Location

Alongside the 27 hole championship golf course, home of 'The Bobby Robson tournament’, Vila Sol has restaurants, a bar with live music and cafes all within walking distance and the development is also close to other good restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area. Aquashow Water Park is just down the road, a 5 minute drive away and Almancil Karting just a 10 minute drive. Browns gym is only 5 minutes drive away too, which has full facilities and is often used by club and international sports teams. Daily or weekly memberships are available.

The beautiful golden sands beaches and promenade at Quarteira with it's beach side restaurants and bars is less than 10 minutes drive, as is the famous Vilamoura Marina. The beautiful Marina has many shops, a casino and beach club and more than it's fair share of superb restaurants and bars to suit every taste.

Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with its five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course, where the Portuguese Masters is held, a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting and water-sports, and boat trips to see the famous caves of the Algarve and dolphin watching

Rates include a weekly maid cleaning service; towels changed midweek and weekly, linen changed weekly. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
