Overview

Villa Couto Real is an attractive four bedroom villa, brand new to the Sun-hat villa portfolio for summer 2025. Located in the popular central Algarve golf resort of Vila Sol, this gated and private property is situated close to the restaurants and bars of Vila Sol and the club house of the 27 hole Vila Sol golf course. The swimming pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge and the house features air conditioning throughout and Wi-fi internet, included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Very spacious open plan living and dining area with air conditioning and double patio doors leading directly to the pool area. Wall mounted flat screen Smart TV with international cable channels- please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc on the Smart TV. A Bluetooth speaker is available for you to stream your favourite music from your smart device.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including a fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker (Delta capsules), dishwasher, 3 x gas hobs, 1 x electric hob, microwave and oven. Separate laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also an additional guest cloakroom on this level of the property.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of Villa Couto Real. Bedroom one has twin beds, split unit a/c, an en suite bathroom with shower and patio doors to the pool terrace. Bedroom two has a double bed, split unit a/c and an suite bathroom with shower unit.

Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three has a double bed, split unit a/c, an en suite bathroom and doors to a small private terrace. Bedroom four has a double bed, split unit a/c, double wardrobes with a safe and an en suite bathroom with a large corner bath, shower unit and double vanities. On the first floor of the house, Villa Couto Real has a large terrace, furnished with comfy seating.

Outside Space

The private swimming pool with steps entry measures approximately 8 metres x 4 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplementary charge. There is a pool cover available to help retain the warmth of the pool overnight. The deep end of the pool is 2.00 metres and the shallow end is 0.80 metres. The poolside terrace is furnished with 8 sun loungers and a breakfast table and chairs. Al-fresco meals can be prepared on the charcoal BBQ and for convenience there is a poolside WC and shower room.

Location

Alongside the 27 hole golf course, Vila Sol also has restaurants, bars and cafes and the development is close to other restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area. Browns gym is only 5-10 minutes’ drive away, which has full facilities and is often used by club and international sports teams. Daily or weekly memberships are available.

Both the beach and promenade at Quarteira and the famous marina of Vilamoura are less than a 10 minute drive away- the marina with its many shops, restaurants, bars, casino and beach club. Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with its five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course, where the Portuguese Masters is held, a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting and water-sports.

Bathroom towels and bed linen included. Towels changed twice weekly, linen once weekly (more by arrangement). Maid service is 3 x per week. Hairdryers and pool towels are provided for your convenience.
