Overview

Every now and then a truly remarkable property joins the Sun-hat luxury villa portfolio, and we are therefore extremely proud to introduce you to Villa Goldeneye, a magnificent, contemporary design four bedroom detached villa with a private infinity swimming pool and a roof top jacuzzi. Villa Goldeneye is bright and spacious and has been furnished throughout to an extremely high standard with large windows allowing natural light to flood in. This beautiful and modern masterpiece offers everything one would expect from a luxurious holiday property and is located on a quiet cul-de-sac on the 5-star Vila Sol Golf Resort, boasting wonderful views of the Vila Sol golf course. Includes electric curtains in each room with individual room controls, Wi-fi internet throughout and centralised air conditioning with individual room controls on the ground and upper floors, all included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The kitchen is well equipped and boasts top-of-the-range Miele appliances, including an integrated coffee machine, oven, steam oven, microwave, warming drawer, electric hob, and an extractor fan. Enjoy the convenience of two wine coolers, a double fridge, two freezer drawers, a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and a blender, additionally there is a breakfast bar with four accompanying stools. Step outside through patio doors to a waterfall feature (this is on a timer to come on in the morning and evening), by a terrace furnished with a table and seating for four people.

Back inside, next to the kitchen is the dining area with a table and seating for six people, and here a large window overlooks the inviting pool area, providing the perfect backdrop. The bright lounge also featuring large windows overlooking the pool, is furnished with ample comfortable sofa seating providing the perfect setting to relax and unwind while enjoying your favourite shows on the large flat screen Smart TV, which shows a wide range of UK channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy popular streaming services like Netflix and Amazon Prime etc on the Smart TV). There are 2 x Sonos Move 2 cordless speakers so you can stream your music directly from your smart device- these speakers can be taken outside to the poolside terrace.

For those who are having to do a little bit of work on their holiday there is an office with a media desk, curved monitor, printer/scanner and a chair. This office has an en suite bathroom with shower unit and the office also has its own private terrace complete with outdoor sofa! There is also a guest cloakroom on this level of the property.

On the lower level of the property you will find the entertainment room which is furnished with comfortable sofa seating, a projector and a large screen. There is also a pool table to provide some fun family tournaments and the owner has kindly provided a Sonos soundbar allowing you to stream your own music from your Smart device. Also on this level is the utility room, complete with the washing machine, tumble dryer, and an iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Off one side of the lounge you will find stairs leading up to the master double bedroom with large windows providing spectacular views of the Vila Sol golf course. Here, the bathroom is open plan to the bedroom and has a free standing bath tub, a walk-in shower and double vanities. Patio doors open onto a private balcony furnished with two chairs and stairs lead up to the rooftop terrace with the private jacuzzi, bar area and unforgettable views.

On the other side of the lounge further stairs lead up to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with double vanities. Patio doors open onto a private balcony furnished with two chairs. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with double vanities. Patio doors open onto a private balcony also furnished with two chairs. There is access to the bar area of the rooftop terrace and Jacuzzi directly from the upper landing.

On the lower level of the property you will find bedroom four which is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a flat screen TV and an en suite shower room with double vanities. Patio doors open onto a small terrace shared with the cinema room.

Outside Space

The outdoor area, including the large roof terrace with Jacuzzi, a bar area with four accompanying stools, exterior flat screen TV, sink and a drinks fridge. There are two sun loungers and sofa and chair seating and the lovely views from the rooftop really need to be seen to be believed.

On the ground level the swimming pool and surrounding decked sun terraces are ideal for enjoying the Algarve sunshine. The infinity swimming pool, which measures approximately 14 metres x 11 metres in total, has a separate shallow relaxation section (14m x 6m) with two loungers and a palm tree. The main section of the pool measures approximately 14 metres x 5 metres. The covered terrace has a large dining table and seating for ten guests- the perfect place to enjoy all your al-fresco meals cooked on the integrated Beefeater gas BBQ. There is also a further seating area furnished with sofa and chair seating.

Location

Alongside the 27 hole golf course, Vila Sol also has restaurants, bars and cafes and the development is close to other restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area. Browns gym is only 5-10 minutes drive away, which has full facilities and is often used by club and international sports teams. Daily or weekly memberships are available.

Vilamoura's marina is less than a 10 minute drive away and has an air of exclusivity, with a choice of fashionable bars, designer shops and both Portuguese and International restaurants and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the chic lifestyle of the resort, whilst enjoying a cool drink or a superb meal in one of the numerous waterside bars, that look out over the luxury boats and yachts. The marina is flanked either side by two glorious golden sand blue flag beaches, Marina beach to the east and the majestic Falesia beach to the west, which is more than 6 kilometres long and stretches from Vilamoura all the way to Olhos de Água (near Albufeira).

The beach and promenade at Quarteira and the famous marina of with its many shops, restaurants, bars, casino and beach club. Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with its five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course, where the Portuguese Masters is held, a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting and water-sports.

Vilamoura enjoys a central Algarve location, close to Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Albufeira and Almancil. The distance from the airport at Faro is approximately just 25 minutes by car. Carvoeiro can reached within a 30-minute drive, whilst Loulé is only 10 minutes inland and the town of Quarteira is literally next door. Both of these towns have excellent weekly markets, Loule on a Saturday and Quarteira on a Wednesday.

Other Items

Rates include a midweek and weekly maid cleaning service with bathroom towels changed midweek and weekly and bed linen changed weekly. Pool towels and hairdryers are provided for your convenience. Please note google earth is displaying an image of the plot before Goldeneye was built.
