Casa do Pinhal is located in a quiet area of Vilamoura, yet is within close proximity to all of the main attractions of the town. With spacious and impressive grounds, Casa Do Pinhal is the ideal setting for your villa holiday. Villa has WiFi available to guests.
Casa do Pinhal benefits from an absolutely beautiful exterior with huge spacious and impressive grounds, tall mature umbrella pines, established tropical plants and flowers and a perfect lawn that surrounds a large inviting swimming pool. There is ample parking space for the villa inside the grounds and the property is protected by an alarm system.
The villa is bright and airy, simple and traditional in design with a very spacious lounge and dining area that has open fireplace, built-in corner sofa and shelves with additional large comfortable sofas and chairs. Double sets of patio doors lead directly to the villa gardens. The villa has Satellite TV.
Living Areas
The kitchen is recently refurbished, and the appliances comprise of a fridge freezer, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hobs, kettle, toaster and extractor fan.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
On the ground floor there are 2 x twin bedrooms that share the adjacent bathroom, and 1 x double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the upper floor of the villa is the air conditioned double master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace that overlooks the lovely gardens. Air conditioning is available in all the bedrooms.
Outside Space
The swimmimg pool is kidney bean shaped and measures 12 metres x 6 metres. A separate building next to the pool houses the traditional barbecue and the outdoor shower room and toilet. There is a spacious outdoor terrace with dining table and chairs.
Location
Close proximity to all of the main attractions of the town- including the wonderful beaches, championship golf courses, and the cosmopolitan marina with its many excellent restaurants and shops.

The price of the villa includes cleaning,towels changed midweek & linen change once a week. These rates include air conditioning in all the bedrooms

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vilamoura Area.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
