Overview

Villa Don Rosa is a detached and comfortable four-bedroom villa that enjoys a privileged location, in one of the most sought-after areas of Vilamoura within walking distance to the Pinhal golf course and only a short drive away from the beach and the renowned Vilamoura Marina where you can find a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops.

Set on two floors, this property has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area open to the living area, four bedrooms, a laundry and a cloakroom. Outside there is a swimming pool and a well kept garden and barbecue. Wi-fi internet is included in the rental rates and air conditioning is available for a weekly supplement.

Living Areas

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and Nespresso machine. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Separate dining area furnished with a table which seats up to eight persons.

The living area has three comfortable sofas, split unit a/c, a DVD player, a flat screen TV with UK channels system and a Portuguese cable system. Double patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The accommodation comprises four bedrooms all with en suite facilities. All bedrooms have split unit a/c (weekly supplement applies). On the ground floor there are two bedrooms (one bedroom with two twin beds that can be converted in a double bed and one bedroom with a double bed). Both en suite bathrooms have both a bath and shower unit.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both with large sunny terraces. One of the bedrooms has a flat screen TV with Portuguese cable system. Both bathrooms have en suite bathrooms with bath and shower units.

Outside Space

From the living and dining area, patio doors lead you to the spacious garden and swimming pool terrace where there is a barbecue, an outside shower, a table tennis table, sun loungers, umbrellas and a dining table for al fresco meals. The swimming pool measures 12 metres x 6 metres and it can be heated upon request and for an extra weekly charge. There is a manual pool cover to help retain the heat. The garden is mostly laid to lawn and is surrounded by colourful shrubs and trees.

Location

Villa Don Rosa is only a few minutes away from the buzz of the Marina, its shops, restaurants, many bars, casino and beach club. Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with its five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course on the doorstep, where the Portuguese Masters is held, a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting and water-sports.

Rates include a maid cleaning service Monday to Friday except on bank holidays. The villa has air conditioning system available upon request and for an extra cost and free Wi-Fi access. A safe, hairdryer and pool towels are provided for your convenience.
