Overview

Villa Millennium is a luxurious and spacious villa equipped to a high standard and with spectacular views over the Millennium golf course. With air conditioning throughout and wi-fi internet included in the rental rates.

A basic welcome foodpack is provided by the owner and includes red wine, white wine, cola, lemonade, coffee, milk, eggs, bread, fruit, ham, cheese, butter and crisps.

Living Areas

The kitchen is comprehensively equipped with appliances including an integrated microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, electric hobs, toaster, kettle, sandwich toaster, coffee maker, ice maker, iron & ironing board, juicer and washing machine.

Air-conditioned dining room with seating available for 12 persons. The living room is complete with a curved flat screen TV with Lazer cable channels, which include a wide range of English language channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports. Wi-fi Internet, DVD player, I-pod dock and CD player.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has twin beds and a/c. This bedroom is the only one without a bathroom so guests will need to use one of the other bathrooms, although there is an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor of the property. Bedroom two has twin beds, a/c and an en suite shower room.

Bedrooms three, four, five and six are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three has twin beds, a/c and an adjacent bathroom. Bedroom four has a double bed, a/c, adjacent shower room and doors to the terrace overlooking the pool. Bedroom five has a small double bed, a/c and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom six has a double bed, a/c, doors to the terrace and an en suite bathroom.

Outside Space

The private swimming pool measures a large 12 metres x 6 metres. The shallow end of the pool is 0.80 metres; the mid level is 1.40 metres and the deep end is 2.00 metres. Safety pool fencing is available and must be requested in advance. The poolside terraces are furnished with sun loungers and exterior dining and there is a gas BBQ for those al-fresco meals to enjoy whilst relaxing with those golf course views. For your entertainment also on the terrace is a table tennis table.

Location

The beaches and the famous marina, with its many shops, restaurants, bars, casino and beach club are within short driving distance from the villa. Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course on your doorstep, where the Portuguese Masters is held; a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting, water-sports and much more!

Other Items

Rates include a midweek clean and towel change. Pool towels, hairdryers in all bathrooms and safety deposit boxes in the bedrooms are all provided for your convenience.
