Casa Tomas is situated in a quiet residential road in Vilamoura overlooking the golf course. Recently refurbished, this spacious 4 bedroom villa with private swimming pool is beautifully decorated throughout in a sophisticated, contemporary style and finished to a very high standard.
Living Areas
Inside the villa on the ground floor, there is a large open plan living space with two settees, a dining room table for 8 persons and a 42” wall mounted television with satellite channels, a DVD player and a docking station. The modern kitchen has a built-in microwave, dishwasher and washing machine as well as a cooker and hob and a breakfast bar for informal meals.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The two bedrooms on the ground floor are twin bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and contemporary en suite bathrooms, one en suite is a bathroom and the other is a shower room. Also on this floor there is a cloakroom with additional coat hanging space. Upstairs, there are two double rooms (beds measures 1.6m x 2m) with built in wardrobes and contemporary en suites, again one with a bathroom and the other a shower room. Both have French doors opening out onto private balconies.
Outside Space
The Villa is set in half an acre of landscaped grounds and is a mixture of lawns, flower beds and terraces, with privacy and plenty of space for the kids to run around and for relaxing on sun loungers in the sun! There is a traditional built-in Portuguese barbeque and contemporary outdoor seating for 8 persons. The newly refurbished private pool measures approximately 4 x 8 metres has roman style steps, a shallow end (0.90 metres) and a deeper end (2.00 metres) with a poolside shower. There is also a swing set for the kids and parking space at the front of the property.
Location
Situated in a quiet residential area, Casa Tomas is only a two minute walk from Browns Leisure centre, bar and restaurant. It is also only a short drive from the beach, the stylish Vilamoura marina and excellent shopping facilities.
Other Items
The villa has tiled floors with under floor heating throughout and air conditioning in the living room and every bedroom that provides both heating and cool air.
Rates include bedroom linen, bathroom towels and maid cleaning service.
There is a supplement payable for pool heating (minimum booking 7 nights) and air conditioning/heating.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vilamoura Area.

(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
