Villa Azure is a stunning 5-bedroom linked villa that has been meticulously renovated to create a modern and luxurious Vilamoura holiday home complete with a private swimming pool (that can be heated for a weekly supplement). Spanning across four levels, this beautiful villa has air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet throughout; the lower level cinema room and gym ensure that Villa Azure is packed with entertainment treats for all guests to enjoy; and there is a Sonos sound system with speakers fitted in the living area, gym, cinema room and pool area. Situated in a quiet, ideal location, just 400m from the Vilamoura Old Course and Browns Sports Club. The cosmopolitan Marina is a short 5-minute drive away featuring restaurants, bars, and amenities. A supermarket, restaurants, and cafes are within walking distance, while the beach is approximately 5kms distance.

Living Areas

The open plan lounge and dining area features a spacious dining table seating ten persons, a 75-inch smart TV showing international, English and sports cable channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports. To enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc on the Smart TV please bring your own log-in credentials. From the living/dining room large bifold patio doors open up to the expansive outdoor space, offering seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.

The adjacent kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line Bosch appliances perfect for cooking up a treat. Appliances include an oven, grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also an additional guest cloakroom on this level of the property.

Head down to the air-conditioned lower level to discover the villa's games and cinema room. This space features a star-effect ceiling, two large sofas, and a 100-inch 4K smart laser cinema. Enjoy video games on the PlayStation 5 console with two gaming chairs or challenge friends to a game of pool or table football. There is also a mirrored gym on this floor, with a three person sauna and fully equipped with top-of-the-range fitness equipment, including a cross trainer upright cycle, cable multigym, and dumbbells so you can stay active while enjoying the air-conditioned space. There is also a 40-inch smart TV and a Pac Man arcade machine on this action packed level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Each of the five bedrooms are tastefully decorated and all feature air conditioning, USB charging ports, and generous built-in wardrobes. On the 1st floor is the master bedroom with a super king size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower unit and with his and hers vanities. Patio doors open onto a terrace with table, sofa and chairs and views over the pool and garden.

Bedrooms two and three are also on the first floor and these are twin bedrooms that share the use of the adjacent family bathroom. Bedrooms one, two and three on this floor all have flat screen TV's that display the same cable channels as the lounge, eg BBC, ITV, Sky Sports etc.

On the 2nd floor, bedroom four is a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower unit and bedroom five is a double bedroom. From this level there is access to the roof terrace, furnished with table and seating.

Outside Space

The villa's outdoor space is a true highlight, featuring a large pool measuring approximately 11 metres x 5 metres with steps for easy entry. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The surrounding patio area includes a dining area, outdoor kitchen with fridge, sink, and gas BBQ grill, and an electric retractable canopy for shade. You can relax on one of six cushioned sun loungers; or enjoy the 75-inch exterior smart TV whilst relaxing on the outdoor sofa. The lawn area offers an eight-seater lounge set with the six cushioned sun loungers and for shade there are three large parasols. There is also a golf putting green at the end of the lawn.

Villa Azure is situated in a quiet, ideal location, just 400m from the Vilamoura Old Course and Browns Sports Club. Rates include a midweek light clean and towel change and a weekly full changeover clean, towel change and bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Villa Azure has a travel cot and highchair available for clients to use upon prior request.
