Living Areas

Step into this beautifully furnished holiday home and be greeted by a bright and spacious open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. Relax on the comfy sofa seating while watching international channels and a wide range of UK channels on the IPTV box on the flat screen Smart TV (please note that log-in credentials are required to access Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other streaming services). There is a bluetooth soundbar connected to the TV so that you can stream your favourite music from your Smart device. Enjoy a meal at the round dining table with seating for four people.

The modern galley style kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including four induction hobs, an extractor, dishwasher, integrated electric oven, grill & microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, and a kettle. Step outside through the patio doors onto the partially covered dining terrace and garden, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Off the kitchen terrace is the utility room which houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Upstairs, you'll find a cosy mezzanine level with two comfortable arm chairs and a media desk, perfect for unwinding with a good book.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto the front terrace.

Outside Space

Patio doors open directly onto the laid to lawn garden and partially covered dining terrace, where you can enjoy your al fresco meals on the dining table and seating for six people, and take advantage of the gas BBQ provided to create delicious holiday dishes. Steps lead up to the private roof terrace, furnished with two sun loungers.

The Country Club Condominium has a communal pool area and the large pool measures approx. 15m x 9m and has steps and a ladder for entry. There is a separate kids pool measuring 5m x 5m and there is a covered area for those who prefer a little shade.

Location

Directly across the road from the condominium entrance there is a supermarket, coffee shop, ATM point and a popular Indian restaurant. Within very short walking distance you will reach Browns leisure centre where there is a bar and restaurant; and also you are within walking distance of the club house of the famous Vilamoura old course. A larger supermarket, Pingo Doce is also just around the corner.

The beaches and the famous marina, with its many shops, restaurants, bars, casino and beach club are within short driving distance from the villa- or alternatively you can take a leisurely stroll. Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course on your doorstep, where the Portuguese Masters is held; a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting, water-sports and much more!

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bed linen change. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
