Sun-hat are proud to present Villa Grande, a luxury eight bedroom villa which oozes elegance, character and class. Set in 5600 square metres of park-like gardens with a rich flora of typical fruit trees and a massive infinity swimming pool, this exclusive villa sleeps 16 persons, plus the possibility of an additional 2 persons sleeping on rollout extra beds (weekly supplement applies). With air conditioning and high speed fibre Wi-fi internet throughout, included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Spacious open plan living and dining area with full length doors leading to the main exterior terrace, 2 x split air conditioning units; comfy seating; bar area; dining table with seating for 16 persons and a Bluetooth speaker so you can stream your favourite sounds from your smart device.

Separate winter lounge/ TV room with split unit a/c and a flat screen TV with a wide range of cable channels, including English language channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including 2 dishwashers, 2 large fridges, 2 ovens, 2 microwave/grills, 5 x gas hobs, extractor, wine chiller, freezer, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, juicer and blender. Filtered drinking water directly from the kitchen taps.

Meeting/conference room with split unit a/c and seating for 12 persons. Guest cloakroom with washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All of the beds in Villa Grande are zip and link double beds which can be prepared as twin beds upon request. The bed linen, bathroom towels and pool towels are all embroidered with the villa name to give that five star luxury boutique hotel feel of comfort

Bedrooms 1-6 are on the ground floor of the property. Bedrooms 7 & 8 are the master suites located on the first floor of Villa Grande, and these two bedrooms have patio doors leading to the shared first floor terrace with views over the pool and grounds.

All bedrooms include:-

* Double wardrobes (two bedrooms have safes installed in the wardrobes)

* Wall mounted flat screen smart TV's with the large selection of Lazer cable channels

* En suite bathrooms with shower units (the master suites also have baths and double vanities).

Outside Space

The electric entry gates open to the expansive villa forecourt, with space for the parking of four vehicles. The side terrace houses the brick built charcoal BBQ and the table tennis table- perfect for those family holiday tournaments!

The stone clad swimming pool at Villa Grande is a real beauty. Measuring 15 metres x 8 metres approximately, the infinity design pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge and the pool has a shallow section that measures 15 metres x 2 metres, which is great for families with young children. The poolside terrace is furnished with sun loungers and 2 x Balinese style beds. Next to the pool is a generously sized lawn garden for sports and exercise.

The main terrace is furnished with plenty of comfy seating and the exterior dining table, with seating for 16 persons, will be the scene of many relaxing al-fresco meals with family and friends.

Villa Grande is immersed in an oasis of local fruit trees, including oranges for your breakfast juice.

Location

Villa Grande enjoys a superb central and privileged location in the Golden Triangle, near to the coastal resorts of Vilamoura and Quarteira, Villa Grande is close to traditional and gourmet restaurants, excellent golf courses and is just a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach, the beautiful Carvalo Preto beach.

Villa Grande is conveniently located in a calm area of the traditional fishing town of Quarteira, a 10 minute walk from the beach, supermarkets and other services. A few minutes by car to the east are the luxurious resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, and in the opposite direction is the renowned resort of Vilamoura with one of the best marinas in Europe. Here guests have a vast choice of dining options and a bustling nightlife.

Algarve truly is golfers’ paradise with Villa Grande in its epicentre. Within a radius of 9 km (6 miles) are no less than 12 top quality golf courses – including the Victoria Golf Course which is featured on the European Tour.

Rates include a daily Mon- Sat maid cleaning service; bathroom towels changed midweek and weekly; and bedroom linen changed weekly. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience. Two cots and highchairs are available free of charge upon prior request.
