Apartment L'Orangerie is on the first floor of the condominium and is accessed via two small flights of steps.
Enter into the bright and roomy lounge/dining area, complete with a dining table with seating for six people; comfy sofa seating; a flat screen Smart TV showing showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc on the Smart TV). Patio doors open onto a balcony overlooking the gardens.
The kitchen is modern in design and is fully equipped with appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, four electric hobs, extractor fan, electric oven and grill, microwave, fridge, freezer, juicer, iron & ironing board, dishwasher and a washing machine. Patio door opening onto a balcony that serves as a drying area. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.
The bedrooms are upstairs in the apartment and share the main balcony. Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Double patio doors open on a Juliet balcony overlooking the manicured gardens and the other patio door opens onto the extensive shared balcony. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite full bathroom. Patio doors open onto the shared balcony.
The balcony off the lounge has a large dining table and seating for six people and overlooks the well kept gardens. The upstairs shared balcony is complete with rattan sofas and chairs and is a large, private space.
The L'orangerie complex features a lovely communal pool area with separate children's pool and poolside terrace with sun loungers and bathroom facilities. The complex is gated and very secure. A peaceful oasis in the heart of Vilamoura.
Located in the L’Orangerie private condominium, just next to the Victoria Golf Course and Millennium Golf Course, and about 3 km from the centre of Vilamoura & the buzz of the Marina, its shops, restaurants, many bars, casino and beach club.
Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with its five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course on the doorstep, where the Portuguese Masters is held, a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting and water-sports.
Maid service includes a mid-week clean and towel change and a weekly clean and bed linen change. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vilamoura Area.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
