Overview
Villa Laguna golf is an impressive four bedroom villa, all en suite, that occupies a fantastic location overlooking the nearby Laguna golf course. With a private swimming pool, Wi-fi internet and air conditioning, this villa is the perfect base for a relaxing holiday in Vilamoura, and is within short driving distance of the famous Vilamoura marina.
Living Areas
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, electric hobs, extractor, dishwasher and fridge freezer. A separate utility room houses the washing machine.
Doors from the kitchen lead down a step to the air conditioned dining room, with doors to the shaded terrace. Next to the dining room, the living room is comfortably furnished and features Wi-fi internet, a Smart TV with UK TV Channels, Netflix, Spotify etc and doors to the poolside terrace.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one is a twin bedroom (beds together measure 0.90 x 2m) with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, doors to the side garden terrace and an en suite bathroom with double wash basins.
Bedroom two is a twin room (beds together measuring 0.90m x 1.90m) with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with double wash basins.
Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three is a twin room (beds together measuring 0.90m x 2m) with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, dressing area, safe, en suite bathroom with large corner bath and separate shower unit and doors to the shared first floor terrace with pool and golf views.
Bedroom four is a twin room with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, separate dressing area, en suite bathroom with double wash basins and doors to the shared first floor terrace.
The 5th bathroom is in the hallway with WC, Basin and shower unit.
Outside Space
The swimming pool measures approximately 12 x 6 metres and is surrounded by pleasant lawn gardens. Shaded terrace with charcoal BBQ.
Location
The beaches and the famous marina are within short driving distance.
Distances- Airport (22kms); Beach (3kms); Restaurant/ Bar at Clubhouse (500m); Golf (500m); Supermarket (2kms).
Other Items
Rates include a maid cleaning service 2 x per week, bathroom towels and linen. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vilamoura Area.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
