Casa Kerr is a modern and newly built four bedroom townhouse located close to the Millennium and Laguna golf courses in Vilamoura. Modern, extremely well equipped, air conditioned throughout and very comfortable, Casa Kerr is ideal for clients wanting a quality holiday property in a quiet location. Outside, the property has a spacious and private terrace and barbecue area, and the communal garden and swimming pool are easily accessed.

The property is air conditioned throughout and features quality furnishings and tasteful decor throughout. The accommodation is built on three floors, with the ground floor consisting of the living/dining area, kitchen with separate utility area and guest cloakroom. The entrance hallway is also spacious, with plentiful cupboard space. A wide wooden staircase takes you to the upstairs bedrooms, and the lower level of the property consists of bedroom number four.

Living Areas

The open plan living/dining room features a television with satellite channels, DVD player and fireplace. The room is furnished with comfortable sofas and a dining table and chairs for 8 people. Patio doors lead directly to the outside terrace and barbecue area.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped, and appliances include an electric hob and oven; dishwasher; microwave; fridge/freezer; toaster and kettle. A separate utility area houses the washing machine, clothes airer and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

A wide wooden staircase takes you upstairs to first floor which consists of the master bedroom; bedrooms two & three and the shared bathroom. All of the bedrooms have wooden flooring, air conditioning and generous wardrobe space. The master bedroom is a double room (bed measures 1.6m x 2m) with an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms two and three are twin rooms which utilise the shared first floor bathroom.

The lower level of the property consists of bedroom four, a shower room and an ‘office’ room with a sofa bed. Bedroom four is a twin room (twin beds together measuring 2 x 0.95 x 1.95m) with air conditioning and windows which let in natural light. The bedroom uses the adjacent shower room. The office room has a sofa bed in it which sleeps two, meaning that the property can sleep ten persons however there is a supplementary charge for this.

Outside Space

The property has a spacious private terrace which is equipped with a traditional barbecue and patio furniture. The terrace leads directly to the complex garden and pool area. There is private parking available for clients.

Location

Casa Kerr is a located within walking distance of the Millennium club house which has bar and restaurant facilities. It is also not far from the new Championship Victoria golf course and the new 5 star Tivoli hotel.
