Overview

Villa Manuela is a recently refurbished detached four-bedroom villa built on two levels. Centrally located close to the Vilamoura Hilton hotel and tastefully furnished throughout, this villa is ideal villa for families, couples and golfers alike. Air conditioning throughout and Wi-fi internet are included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

The modern air conditioned kitchen with a central island and four breakfast stools is well equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, wine cooler, Delta coffee machine, four electric hobs, integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle and a kitchen table seating four. Patio doors lead to the garden.

The lounge and dining area are comfortably furnished with a dining table and seating for six people, spilt unit air conditioning, ample sofa seating, a large flat screen Smart TV showing international cable channels (please bring your log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc on the Smart TV). Double patio doors open onto the pool area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedroom one which is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, a safe and use of the adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Stairs lead up to bedroom two, three and four. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom. Patio doors open on a large balcony. Bedroom three is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Bedroom four is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Both bedrooms three and four share the adjacent shower room with a walk-in shower.

Outside Space

The pool measures approximately 8m x 4m and has ladder entry. The sunbathing terrace is complete with sunbeds to enjoy the Algarve sunshine and a parasol if you prefer a little shade. Laid to lawn in areas with a shaded dining table and a charcoal BBQ to cook the families al fresco meals.

Location

Villa Manuela is located in a central position, close to the Hilton Hotel and is only a few minutes drive away from the buzz of the Marina, its shops, restaurants, many bars, casino and beach club. Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with its five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course on the doorstep, where the Portuguese Masters is held, a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting and water-sports.
