Vila Aho is a lovely three bedroom property with a private swimming pool that is centrally located close to the Hilton hotel in Vilamoura. Vila Aho has been recently renovated to a high standard and is comfortably designed throughout making this an ideal property for your family villa holiday. Air conditioning and fibre optic Wi-Fi internet are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The air conditioned lounge and kitchen are of an open plan design. The lounge is furnished with comfy sofa seating and a wall mounted flat screen 55" Smart TV showing a wide range of international cable channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). There is a premium quality Harman Kardon portable bluetooth speaker so clients can stream their favourite sounds directly from their smart device. Patio doors lead from the lounge area to an enclosed sun room complete with a table and chairs.

The kitchen area is complete with a central island and four accompanying breakfast stools; and is well equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, electric hobs, extractor, filter coffee machine, integrated electric oven and microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and an air fryer.

The utility cupboard is accessed externally and is opposite the sun room and which houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Bedroom two is a twin room (which can be made up as a double upon prior request) with fitted wardrobes, a safe and split unit air conditioning.

Bedroom three is a twin room (can be made up as a double upon prior request) with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Both bedrooms two and three share the separate shower room.

Outside Space

The kidney shaped swimming pool measures approx. 7m x 3m and can be heated for a weekly supplement and which has steps and a ladder for convenient entry. There is a swing seat for you to relax on with your favourite holiday read. The poolside terrace is furnished with sun loungers and a parasol. The dining area is complete with a table and seating for eight people and shade is provided by the gazebo. For the budding chefs in the party there is a large gas BBQ for the cooking of your holiday al-fresco meals. Next to the poolside terrace, steps lead up to the private roof terrace, furnished with a couple of sun loungers and protected by a child safety gate.

Location

Vila Aho is situated close to the centre of Vilamoura and is approximately 1 km from Vilamoura Marina and its beach, 400m from a convenience supermarket, 25 km from Faro Airport and 9 km from Loulé train station.

Vilamoura's marina has an air of exclusivity, with a choice of fashionable bars, designer shops and both Portuguese and International restaurants and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the chic lifestyle of the resort, whilst enjoying a cool drink or a superb meal in one of the numerous waterside bars, that look out over the luxury boats and yachts. The marina is flanked either side by two glorious golden sand blue flag beaches, Marina beach to the east and the majestic Falesia beach to the west. There are a selection of six championship golf courses in the resort of Vilamoura and neighbouring Vila Sol.

Vilamoura enjoys a central Algarve location, close to Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Albufeira and Almancil. The distance from the airport at Faro is approximately just 25 minutes by car. Carvoeiro can reached within a 30-minute drive, whilst Loulé is only 10 minutes inland and the town of Quarteira is literally next door. Both of these towns have excellent weekly markets, Loule on a Saturday and Quarteira on a Wednesday.
