Overview

Villa Plateau is a stylish and modern four bedroom linked villa built on three levels. This property features a private swimming pool, a gym, & a table tennis table- for some fun family tournaments! Ideally located in the Pinhal area of Vilamoura and just a short distance from the Laguna Golf Course and the renowned Vilamoura Marina, where you’ll find a fantastic selection of restaurants, bars, and shops.

Air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The spacious lounge, dining area and kitchen is of an open plan design and features centralised air conditioning and is comfortably furnished with ample sofa seating, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing a wide variety of international cable channels including some English language channels (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) a dining table with six chairs, split unit air conditioning and patio doors that lead to the pool area.

The modern kitchen is complete with a large central island and a breakfast counter with four stools, and is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. Appliances include four electric hobs, an extractor fan, an integrated electric oven, grill, and microwave, a double fridge freezer, a Delta Q coffee machine, a dishwasher, a sandwich maker, a toaster, a kettle, a juicer, and a blender.

The lower level of Villa Plateau offers plenty of extra space and facilities for your stay. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. There is a generous TV area with a large wall mounted flat screen Smart TV, and ample sofa seating.

For those looking for some entertainment, there’s a dedicated table tennis area for fun family tournaments. Fitness enthusiasts can make use of the private gym, which includes a weight machine, spinning bike, kettle weights, and more. A shower room is also available on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is located on the entrance level and features a comfortable double bed, split unit air conditioning, and access to the adjacent shower room with a walk-in shower.

Upstairs, you’ll find bedrooms two, three, and four. Bedroom two is the spacious double master suite with fitted wardrobes, a safe, a flat screen Smart TV (don’t forget to bring your own log-in details for Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc), split unit air conditioning, and an en suite shower room with double vanities.

Bedroom three is also a double room with fitted wardrobes and split- air conditioning, while bedroom four features a double bed, a wardrobe, and air conditioning. Both bedrooms three and four share a separate shower room.

Outside Space

The east-facing pool deck enjoys plenty of sunshine and has ample space for sunbathing. It is furnished with four sunbeds, comfy beanbags, and a parasol for shade when needed. For outdoor dining, there’s a large table with seating for eight and a gas BBQ—perfect for those who enjoy cooking al fresco.

A relaxing lounging area with sofas and chairs provides a great spot to unwind. The pool itself measures approximately 9m x 5m and features steps for easy access.

Location

Villa Plateau is located in a peaceful and tranquil environment but only minutes away from the buzz of the Marina, its shops, restaurants, many bars, casino and beach club. Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with its five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course on the doorstep, where the Portuguese Masters is held, a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting and water sports.
