A four bedroomed two-storey villa with pool, Villa Chiara offers spacious and comfortable accommodation for 9 persons and beautiful sea views across to the Island of Cres from the first floor balconies.

You enter the villa and the ground floor which comprises the living and dining area, open-plan to kitchen and doors out to the terrace and pool area. There is also 1 twin bedroom, 1 shower room, as well as a utility room and fitness room on this level.

The first floor comprises three double bedrooms (one with an extra sofa bed), all bedrooms with en-suites - two shower rooms and one bathroom.

Guests staying here will appreciate the good standard of accommodation, the lovely country setting, the peaceful and the beautiful sea views.

Closeby to one another, Villas Chiara, Deborah & Laura are the perfect choice for families or friends looking to holiday together, but looking for a little independence and their own accommodation. Shared facilities for the three villas include – a billiard table, a table tennis table, a darts board, as well as a children's playground (with slide & swing).

Within 15 minutes’ drive of the villa are two popular restaurants in the village of Trget. Supermarkets, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants 15kms away in Labin. Beach (pebble) 4kms away.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Cleaning and Laundry service – towels changed mid-week and linen changed after 7 days.

Please note that if guests arrive at the villa after 10pm they will be charged €50 for a late check in fee, payable locally.
