Overview

Located in undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and most luxurious locations for vacation on the eastern coast of Istria, Villa Vlastelini II is the perfect place for your holiday.

Fully-oriented towards the sea, blended with the environment, decorated with glittering whiteness of the stone, laid in the green and grey palette of Mediterranean herbs, it offers a high standard of accommodation for 10 persons.

This breath-taking villa offers room for 10 guests in 5 delightfully decorated bedrooms. On the top level, next to the entrance, there is a spacious living room arranged with stylish designer furniture, a Smart TV and a modern wood fireplace, dividing the room. Behind it, there is a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area.

There are also two bedrooms on this level, one with a double bed and a terrace and the other one with two single beds. Both rooms have Smart TVs and en-suite shower rooms at your disposal.

On the lower level, there are three further bedrooms with double beds, and Smart TVs, two with en-suite shower rooms and one with an en-suite bathroom.

The villa has been designed as a "smart home”, the room temperature is being regulated through an automatic heating and cooling system, and an energy saving system, automatic lighting and a code door opener.

The lowest level comprises a wellness area with two saunas (Finnish bio sauna and infrared sauna), a special shower and a water bed for taking a rest. This leads to the outside and a jacuzzi (for 5 persons) and the swimming pool with a water feature. Lovely sunbathing terraces with loungers and steps down to tiered gardens, and down to the sea, with private pontoon for swimming and sunbathing.

If you want to stay fit during your holiday, there is a special fitness room at your disposal, located in a separate building next to the villa. It is equipped with a treadmill, a bike and a weight set. there is also a room with pool table and a small kitchen in the same building, gas barbecue, for preparation of evening meals alfresco.

Villa Vlastelini II is the perfect place for your relaxed holiday, offering everything you can imagine from a high level of accommodation, to the fitness room and saunas to the jacuzzi and swimming pool, not forgetting of course the wonderful setting.

Living Areas

Entrance level - top floor - a spacious living room arranged with stylish designer furniture, sofa & easy chairs, a Smart TV, Bose 5-zone Hi-Fi system, Play Station, WIFI and a modern wood fireplace, dividing the room. Behind it, there is a well-equipped kitchen with electric hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, breakfast with stools and a dining area, with table & chairs. Doors lead out to the terrace from both the living & dining rooms.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Location

Villa Vlastelini II is located on a small picturesque peninsula, 5km away from Labin, where there are shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

The city of Labin is also called “the paradise for artists”. If you like art and history, this is the place to be. Enjoy walking through interesting alleys of this medieval town and visit art studios, museums and sightsee amazing palaces. In the summer you can enjoy music festivals of jazz and classical music.

The villa is just 30 m away from the first beach. The soft pebble stone beach is the perfect spot to unwind. Relax at the private beach entrance while admiring the amazing nature, between rocky shores and salty, clear Adriatic Sea.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Cleaning and Laundry service – towels changed mid-week and linen changed after 7 days.

Air conditioning throughout.

Heat-able pool and heat-able Jacuzzi. Both to be requested a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival and both for a minimum of 7 nights.

Please note that if guests arrive at the villa after 10pm they will be charged €50 for a late check in fee, payable locally.
