Villa La Fierra is ideally located within walking distance of the picturesque village of Svetvincenat, a small Istrian gem, and is perfect for a vacation in the heart of Istria.

Accommodating up to 14 persons, it is the perfect choice for a large family or group of friends wishing to holiday together but looking for space and independence in the layout of their accommodation and wishing to be walking distances to local cafes and restaurants.

This property is split-level, which means it has an upper and lower level on the ground floor level.

On the upper floor of the ground floor level, there is a bedroom with its own bathroom. Next to it, there is a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. Downstairs on the same level, there is another bedroom with its own shower room.

Upstairs, on the first-floor level of the property, in the villa, there are five further double bedrooms, each with its shower rooms.

Two of these bedrooms, one on the ground floor and one upstairs, have their entrances from outside.

A swimming pool, open and covered terraces, and a lawned garden await outside.

There is also a charcoal barbecue for preparing regional delicacies and an outdoor kitchen, with a dining table for 14 persons, perfect for quality time and alfresco dining with the family.

The medieval village of Svetivincenat holds the Istra etno jazz festival in the medieval castle of the Morisin-Grimani family during the summer months, and the beautiful main town square and surrounding locations have hosted the traditional Festival of Dance and Non-Verbal Theatre too.

The ground floor is split-level.

On the upper level of the ground floor - a living room with large grey sofa & easy chair, Satellite TV, WIFI and doors to terrace, a dining room with table & chairs and doors to terrace, archway to modern kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, breakfast bar with stools and doors to terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The ground floor is split-level.

On the lower level of the ground floor – 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

On the upper level of the ground floor – 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (& shower fitment over bath).

Staircase up to the first floor - there are 5 bedrooms, all double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms.

Two bedrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, have their own entrance from the outside.

Outside Space

Cleaning and Laundry service – towels changed mid-week and linen changed after 7 days.

Please note that if guests arrive at the villa after 10pm they will be charged €50 for a late check in fee, payable locally.
