Of modern décor, it is nicely distributed over three levels, with a lot of space and comfort, making it an ideal choice for a family or group of friends wishing to holiday together.

On entering the villa, the ground floor comprises a large living area, dining area, well-equipped kitchen and the first of the four bedrooms, one double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Stairs lead up to the first floor and the further bedrooms – two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, the other with en-suite shower room, and both with doors to terrace, and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and doors to terrace.

Further stairs lead up to the second floor and a fitness room (3 exercise machines), a bar area with fridge & sink, doors to terrace and seating area.

The first and second floors offer lovely views of Fazana, the sea and the Brijuni Islands.

With luxury details, high-quality utilities, the latest comforts, and a lovely swimming pool and terrace area, each corner and every detail of this wonderful residence oozes taste and sophistication. Utility room with washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On entering the villa, the ground floor comprises;

First floor – 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, the other with en-suite shower room, and both with doors to terrace, and 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and doors to terrace. All bedrooms have TV.

Second floor – A fitness room (3 exercise machines), a bar area with fridge & sink, doors to terrace and seating area.

Outside Space

The rectangular swimming pool is set in an open terrace surround, with sunbeds, an ideal spot for sun-bathing. There are two covered terraces, one with a seating area and the other with a summer kitchen (sink, fridge & electric barbecue), and table & chairs, to prepare delicious meals for family and friends. There is a dart board & table tennis table for entertainment!

Cleaning and Laundry service – towels changed mid-week and linen changed after 7 days.

Please note that if guests arrive at the villa after 10pm they will be charged €50 for a late check in fee, payable locally.
