Villa Bassa is a wonderful house, set in the countryside, close to the village of Calonge, and just a short drive to Cala D’Or.

With a lovely stone façade, it offers comfortable accommodation on two levels and is an ideal choice for a large family wishing to holiday together but looking for spacious accommodation.

Villa Bassa offers a great outside area with fenced pool, especially ideal for families with small children.

The swimming pool is set in an open terrace, a lovely spot for sunbathing, and bordered by a garden, laid to lawn & astroturf, dotted with trees & shrubs, and enclosed.

Covered terrace with table & chairs, and a portable BBQ, for alfresco dining.

The villa will be fully prepared for arrival. No mid-week towel change on reservations of 7 days.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms, on a timer 1900hrs – 0700hrs.

Air conditioning possible for 24hrs a day, on request at a supplementary charge of 25 euros per day.

Balearics Tourism License – ETV/6433

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
