Overview

This pretty one-level property is set in the countryside, close to the village of Calonge, and just a short drive to the resort of Cala D’Or, with its shops, bars, restaurants, marina and lovely sandy coves. Built of stone, it offers a comfortable, light and airy pine interior and is perfect for a couple or small family. The swimming pool is located to the rear of the property and is surrounded by a sun terrace on one side and gardens laid to lawn with trees and shrubs on the other. There is also a separate covered terrace and barbecue for outdoor dining and a playhouse and table tennis table, which the children will just love!

Living area with tiled floor, stone wall, terracotta tiled ceiling, Satellite TV, DVD, CD player, open-plan to dining/kitchen area with microwave, dishwasher and door to terrace, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Exterior access to washing machine housed in outdoor dining/barbecue terrace.

Cot and high-chair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Maid service will be on arrival day and change of towels during the week for a reservation of 7 days.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms (on a timer from 18:00hrs - 08:00 hrs).

Balearics Tourism License -ETV/1308

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
