If you are looking for a 4-bedroomed villa near to Cala D’Or Marina, in Mallorca’s sophisticated Southeast coast, then Casa La Siesta is a great choice!

The centre of the resort is only fifteen minutes away and the Marina Road leads to the beach at Cala Egos. The Marina & harbour area is a sophisticated mix of super yachts and upmarket restaurants, and stylish shops and chic bars line the cobbled streets.

Casa La Siesta is semi-detached, three-storey property and offers spacious and comfortable accommodation for 8 persons.

The ground floor accommodates the living/dining and kitchen areas, with doors to terrace and pool area, and the first and second floors accommodate the bedrooms and bathroom/shower rooms.

There is a covered terrace, with table & chairs, for alfresco dining to the side of the property.

The villa will be fully prepared for arrival. Full change of linen and towels and full cleaning service, mid-stay, on two week stays.

Air-conditioning in the living/dining area and the bedrooms.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor directly to Sun-hat which we will pass on to the local agents who in turn will give to the government.
