Villa Luca is located in a quiet residential area, walking distance to the centre of Cala D’Or, with its selection of shops, boutiques, bars & restaurants and to the marina.

With a white-washed exterior, it offers spacious split-level accommodation, with the living/dining and kitchen area on one side of the villa and the 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom), 1 bathroom and 1 shower room being on the other side of the villa.

The living area is comfortable, light, and bright, and doors leads out from here to a covered terrace, with a rattan suite, sofa and 2 chairs, and around to the swimming pool, which is set in an open terrace surround, a lovely spot for sunbathing.

There is a table and chairs, and portable barbecue for alfresco dining, and steps up to a roof terrace with pleasant views of the surrounding area.

Cot and highchair are available on request, at a supplementary charge of 15 euros per week (for both items).

The villa will be fully prepared for arrival. Full change of linen and towels and full cleaning service, mid-stay, on two week stays.

Air-conditioning throughout.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
