The Porto Cari apartment complex was one of the first to be built and thanks to this it enjoys a privileged location within the Marina of Cala D’Or.

A two-storey complex, we are delighted to feature two apartments – numbers 9 & 24, both in the same block, with number 9 enjoying a corner location on the ground floor and number 24 enjoying a location on the first floor.

Both apartments comprise a well-furnished living/dining and kitchen area, as well as 2 bedrooms, a double & a twin, and 2 shower rooms.

Both have furnished terraces overlooking the upmarket Marina, with its yachts, and there are steps down to the Marina itself with a lovely selection of shops, cafes, and stylish bars and restaurants.

Note – The apartments are privately owned, and the general décor varies between the two apartments, with Porto Cari 24 having recently been renovated by its owners (hence the higher price of the two), so please see individual photo galleries.

Well-furnished living area, light & bright, with comfortable L-shaped sofa, Satellite TV, WIFI and doors to terrace, leading to dining area with table & 4 chairs, and kitchen with electric oven & hob, microwave and washing machine.

Location

Walking distance to a wide selection of cafes, bars & restaurants in the Marina.

Nearest beach, Caló des Pou, 0.6kms, from the apartment.

Cot and highchair are available on request, at a supplementary charge of 15 euros per week (for both items).

The villa will be fully prepared for arrival. Full change of linen and towels and full cleaning service, mid-stay, on two week stays. Note – there is an additional general cleaning charge of 100 euros for the Porto Cari apartments & complex.

Air-conditioning in the bedrooms.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
