Centrally located in Cala D’Or, in the same quiet residential road as Villa Mar Gran, it is only 450m away from the sandy cove of Cala Esmeralda and 600m away from the sandy cove of Cala Gran. Cala D’Or centre with its wide variety of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants is approximately 750m away and the marina of Cala Egos is just a short drive.

Balearics Tourism License -VTV-1063
There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
