Villa Ohana is well-located in the heart of Cala D’Or, walking distance to the centre, with its extensive selection of shops, boutiques, bars & restaurants, and just a short distance to beautiful Cala Petita, with its turquoise waters and sandy beach.

Offering spacious and comfortable accommodation on two levels, it is of modern and minimalistic design, with high quality furniture and fittings throughout.

The entrance hall leads into a comfortably furnished living area, which has an open feature fireplace, flat screen digital Satellite TV, DVD player and large patio doors, which open out onto the pergola covered terrace and pool area. Here there is an outside dining area and a brick-built barbecue.

A breakfast bar leads to the dining/kitchen area and adjacent is a utility room.

Off the entrance hall is a study with comfortable sofa-bed and adjacent guest cloakroom.

Stairs lead up from the living area to a gallery landing and to three bedrooms. The master double bedroom has a four-poster bed and a shower room en-suite and there are two twin bedrooms which share a bathroom.

Outside is the rectangular swimming pool, sun terraces, which are furnished with loungers, and to the side a lawned area with trees and shrubs.

Note - The owner has requested “No Smoking” at the property.

Ground floor - The entrance hall leads into a comfortably furnished living area with L-shaped sofa & easy chair, Satellite TV, DVD player and WIFI. Large patio doors open out onto the pergola covered terrace and pool area.

A breakfast bar leads to the dining/kitchen area with ceramic hob & oven, microwave and dishwasher, adjacent is a separate utility room with washing machine.

The villa will be fully prepared for arrival. Full change of linen and towels and full cleaning service, mid-stay, on two week stays.

Air conditioning throughout.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
