Overview

Villa Guadi is set in a quiet area between Porto Petro, Cala Egos and Cala D'Or.

Sleeping 12 persons, with 6 bedrooms (4 double bedrooms & 2 twin bedrooms) and 5 bathroom/shower rooms, it is the ideal choice for a large family or groups of friends wishing to holiday together but looking for space and independence in the layout of their accommodation.

Ground floor: 3 bedrooms – 1 double bedroom (150 x 200cm), patio doors to terrace and en-suite shower room, 1 further double bedroom (180 x 200cm), patio doors to terrace and en-suite shower room – change this to ensuite bathroom with whirlpool bath, 1 twin bedroom (90 x 200cm), 1 bathroom with whirlpool bath – change this 1 shower room

Near the pool, an external staircase leads to the first floor & entrance: 3 bedrooms – 1 double bedroom (150 x 190cm) with patio doors to terrace, 1 further double bedroom (140 x 190cm), 1 twin bedroom (90 x 190cm), 1 bathroom with whirlpool bath & separate shower, 1 shower room.

The living room on the first floor has access to a terrace. From this terrace, a staircase leads up to the roof terrace with a chill-out area and beautiful views of Porto Petro.

There is a rectangular salt-water swimming pool, surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, and there are several seating and dining areas to relax and enjoying the long sunny days.

Note – The building of Villa Guadi is currently being completed by the owners and further photos will be available at the season start March/April.

Living Areas

Ground floor: Open-plan living area with corner sofa, Smart TV, WIFI, leading to dining area with table & chairs and kitchen with ceramic glass hob & electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and patio doors to terrace. Utility room with washing machine.

Near the pool, an external staircase leads to the first floor & entrance – Living room with Smart TV, WIFI and patio doors to terrace.

Outside Space

There is a rectangular, salt-water swimming pool, with Roman step entry, set in an open terrace surround, a lovely spot for sunbathing. The pool is heated to 28 degrees Celsius during the main season, 1 April – 31 October. This is included in the price

There is a large automatic retractable awning on the terrace next to the pool with table and chairs, to enjoy meals alfresco.

The living room on the first floor has access to a terrace. From this terrace, a staircase leads up to the roof terrace with a chill-out area and beautiful views of Porto Petro.

First cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Cleaning and change of linen & towels for reservations of more than 7 days.

Air conditioning in the living areas & the bedrooms, 24hrs – temperature controlled, exact temperature to be advised by the owner– please enquire with the Reservations dept.) Please be aware that the air conditioning will not function unless doors and windows are closed.

Balearics Tourism License – ETV 859.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
