First floor - Here we find the open living/dining room with Satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, WIFI and access to a partially covered terrace with the barbecue area that enjoys wonderful sea views. Kitchen with adjacent laundry room and guest toilet. There is also a twin bedroom with en suite shower room. Outside twin bedroom by the pool area with en suite bathroom. Bedrooms and bathrooms

The ground floor has four bedrooms -three of them with access to the outside enjoy partial sea views. The master bedroom has a double bed, dressing room, two en suite shower rooms and access to covered terrace with sea views. The others are twin bedrooms. There are also two adjacent shower rooms. The upper floor can be reached by an interior stair and an outside staircase.

Outside Area

There is a large kidney-shaped swimming pool, open and covered terraces, split-level garden area with lots of space where we you can relax and enjoy the soft murmuring of the waves hitting against the rocks. There is private gated access to the sea, and bathing platform, from the lower level of the garden.

Upper covered terrace, with built in barbecue, and table and chairs for meals alfresco.

Note - Care should be taken with children in view of the cliff side location of the property and the steps, levels and terrace both inside and in the grounds.

Balearics Tourism License - ETV-5526

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
