Overview

Villa Daria is a bright, modern and nicely furnished villa located in the quiet residential area of Sa Punta des Port, Cala D’or. There are shops, restaurants and beach 800m from the villa The rocky cove of Cala Llamp is 500m away. The stylish marina of Cala D’Or with restaurants and cafes is approximately 2 km away and Cala D’Or centre with its shops, bars and restaurants and the lovely sandy coves of Cala Gran, Cala D’Or and Cala Esmeralda is a 3 minutes drive.

Accommodation

The entrance door opens into a living room with comfortable sofas, Satellite TV, DVD, CD player and WIFI and through to the dining room which leads to the terrace and pool area. The kitchen is on the other side and is equipped with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a guest cloakroom and two twin bedrooms, which share a shower room on this level. The two other bedrooms, double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and ensuite shower room are on the first floor.

Outside, the dining room leads to the terrace with a nice shady dining area, perfect for alfresco dining. The pool measures 9x5x2m and is surrounded by a nice terrace with sun beds and a garden. There is also a brick-built barbecue and an outside shower.

Location

The rocky cove of Cala Llamp is 500m away. The stylish marina of Cala D’Or with restaurants and cafes is approximately 2 km away and Cala D’Or centre with its shops, bars and restaurants and the lovely sandy coves of Cala Gran, Cala D’Or and Cala Esmeralda is a 3 minutes drive. The fishing village of Porto Petro with restaurants and cafes is only a 2 minutes drive.

Balearics Tourism License - VT-2158

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.

Eroski supermarket open 09:00 - 20:30/21:00 and open on Sunday mornings in the summertime in the resorts of Cala D'or and Felanitx.

If there is a baby in the party, a cot and highchair shall be provided free of charge. If more are required they must be requested and paid for.
