Approached via a long pine tree lined driveway, La Cala is a stunning holiday home located just a short distance from pretty Cala San Vicente, with its three sandy bays (just 1.5km away).
Surrounded by extensive gardens and terraces, it offers a high standard of accommodation, is beautifully furnished and well-equipped, with four bedrooms and a welcoming swimming pool.
Set over two levels, it is particularly airy and full of natural light, with many large windows offering panoramic views to the surrounding countryside.
The living area features comfortable sofas, an antique clock, armchairs, a stone fireplace, and a TV. It’s the perfect place to spend time with family and friends.
The L-shaped kitchen is well-equipped with top of the range appliances. You can serve elaborate meals in the dining area, where you will be surrounded by both modern and antique Mallorcan elements, as well as a stone fireplace, or exit to the outdoor terrace to enjoy alfresco meals instead.
There are extensive terraces at the property - the lower terrace has an antique glass topped table and dining chairs to one end and a bamboo settee and comfortable armchairs at the other. To the right, as you approach the villa, is the walled pool area with a terrace, pool side shower and sun beds and three steps lead up to a pathway that goes around three sides of the property and leads to two small bridges over a stream and a short garden walk.

Living Areas
Ground floor – Step down into lounge with 2 chocolate-coloured sofas & 2 easy chairs, beamed ceilings, a stone fireplace and many original Mallorcan features - both modern and antique - Satellite TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi, WIFI and doors to terrace (the lower terrace), separate dining area, kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The L-shaped kitchen is complete with a breakfast table & chairs and leads out to the pool area / outdoor dining area.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Ground floor – There is a twin bedroom located at the rear of the villa, together with a cloakroom/WC.
First floor – There are the three remaining bedrooms – The master suite, with double bed, is approached through a doorway into a small hall with fitted wardrobes. Off this hall is an en-suite walk-in shower room and doors leading out to the upper terrace. There is a further double bedroom, a separate shower room and a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on this level.
Outside Area
La Cala is also the perfect choice for outdoor living, all summer long! There are extensive terraces at the property - the lower terrace has an antique glass topped table and dining chairs to one end and a bamboo settee and comfortable armchairs at the other. Maid service – Accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for arrival. For bookings of longer than 1 week, two sets of towels will be left at the accommodation on arrival & cleaning is available on a request basis, to be requested in advance - pre-departure.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms (on a timer and available for use between 14:00hrs to 16:00hrs and between 20:00hrs to 08:00hrs.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Pollensa & Puerto Pollensa.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
